Excessive work out has shown the consequences in the case of actress Namitha Kapoor. The actress is nowadays seen in a state of mind to reduce her weight and is seen working out in severe gym sessions. On Monday, she took up training session and has sprained her lower body.
According to reports, Namitha did not take up the cardio work outs well and so faced the sprain in her inner thighs and above her navel region. According to the Tamil magazine, actress Namitha has been advised to take rest and is getting a hot water massage therapy.
